2. SWACHTA:- sir thank you for initiating the SWACH BHARAT Abhiyan but sir we all can see that the heaps of garbage contains plastic wrappers if different items. I agree with the suggestion given by other people ( using paper bags instead of plastic bags) for wrapping eatables and other commodities but wud add 2 more suggestions I.e. a fine should be put on every person who litters the street and monuments everywhere.( This should come as a law) and secondly all tobacco items should be banned.

Dear Sir
Sub Usage of resources
Kindly look into the utilisation of resources in the development of our country. For example Roads inside municipal area. They lay the road, then dig them for laying underground drainage, then without giving connection to individual properties they lay the road again. Road laying or any construction uses lots of raw materials and our precious water supply (not counting tax payers money). Can it not be coordinated between departments? Nobody seem to care.

Continuing to my first post...
The eligibility and capability of the candidates are secondary factors fir a firm(private sector).
The candidates are asked to fill forms worth rupees 50, 100,200, examination fees of 700 , 1000 etc but at the end all goes in vain.
Now it seems that the helplessness of a common mania used not to help him/ her but to earn money and play with their emotions.
Please make rules which focus more on employment and reduces this corrupted and dishonest behaviour.

In contn- Sir, the mysterious unknown 19.1.19 review petition leading to dismissal of my case at NHRC on 15.3.19 has turned out to be my 19.1.19 submission for cancellation of back dated premature retirement order dated 12.12.17 and not for review of the proceedings dated 25 October 2018. I have requested chairman, NHRC for consideration of my 19.1.19 submission. - 4/4-b/b

Good Evening sir
There are a lot of views to be shared but presently would like to share the matters which are concerning me the most.
1. UNEMPLOYMENT :- This is a very serious issue that has come over the years and seems that no plans are made to overcome it. In one of speeches from the Red Fort you said that there shall be no interviews but reality is that most of the eligible candidates are rejected on the basis of interviews and that to of the personal opinions of the Interviewer.

The most serious issue of India is its age old system of Civil service based administration. All over the world it has changed to public administration 3 decades back and now moved on to GOVERNANCE where Governance system has to serve people with experts lead by innovative strategies designed by experts. This was the secret of success of Bhabha model in DAE and ISRO where experts are above IAS. In our Govt, Secretaries without any expertise rule the experts of all sectors without any goal.
