As always, the Prime Minister invites you to share your ideas on topics he should address. So what are the themes, issues or topics that you would want the Prime Minister to speak about?

I am working as a software professional in a private company and I am currently in maternity leave for past 2.5 months. As the bill was not passed in lok sabha for female employees some companies are not giving 6 months including my company. It will be a pleasure for me and I can take 6 months leave if the bill is passed in lok sabha immediately. Thanks in advance.

Tomorrow is our 67th Constitution Day. On your 26th episode of Mann ki Baat, I would like you to make aware of their fundamental rights and duties. Let us make the Constitution a holy book for every citizen of our country. Let them feel proud over their own Constitution and they will do anything to defend in. And, thank you for the demonetisation move. This will go a long way in fighting corruption May God bless our country and citizens! JAI HIND!

Sir: A withdrawal limit with Condition at bank branch is a must going fwd (at a later stage once things become normal) as in countries like US and UK (unlike what Dr.ManMohan Singh claims in RS). Of course, no banks in any country can impose restrictions to withdraw the hard earned money but then a withdrawal beyond a prescribed from OTC or Teller are process-completed BY COMPLETING ALL DETAILS OF THE PERSON WITH REASONS ATTACHED TO GOVT AND APEX BANK as these nations... Dear Mr. PM Narendra Modi Ji 1. Review all Gov / Gov undertaking organization for what actual work they are doing? 2. Put a solid appraisal system in place. 3.Timeline for executing the project / R&D on time 4. Remove all under perform / Old stone age people from the top post who all just doing noting rather showing the same project in 'Work in progress' mode for decades. 6. Audit the Tax payer money given to all "Gandhi" named institute for Research and R&D and end result. Jai Hind

Respected PM Modiji, I have posted a suggestion (PMOPG/E/2016/0466611) on http://pgportal.gov.in/ on 16 Nov 2016. I am owner of copyright for art work in Japanese calligraphy. I have sent you design "Lord Ganapati" image using exactly 21 Japanese alphabets including a kanji i.e. picture script. Requesting you to use it as a logo for any joint venture between India and Japan as you think fit. Thanks, Udayan Belsare, Pune.

Respected sir, Human development in our country was very worst.Today onwards our contry have lot of slave workers. No esi,PF .when will change this situations ? Our national have high level human resources .we want to use this properly We took actions against worst human resources development just like black money issue. We want a mission ,schemes,in human development. Our Nation got 130 th rank in human development index in last year Please note it Thank you

Respected Modi Sahib, many congrats on historic & bold step on scraping of higher currency. For quicker implemented & to avoid harassment to general public, Isuggest thst for safe, secure & quicker transportation of cash from chests to banks, services of army should be roped in to banks as it is seen that cash crunch in banks & ATMs is the biggest bottle neck in smooth implementation of scheme. It is seen that non availability of proper logistic, bank staff avoid transportation of cash.
