Due to changing technologies people have accumulated lots of electronic devices which are not being used or are spoilt such items cannot be thrown away but by correct way of using its raw materials for other usage. Govt should start initiative's for collection of them and give it to right people who may use them for future building of items. India is a fast developing nation and reuse of electric waste will help/guide after the future needs of citizens. This will make less use of resources.

Recycling is the best way to handle e waste. Consider led bulb, people throw it but can be restored just by changing a led such cost around 10 rupees. Government should purchase faulty led at 50 percent price.
