Govt must enthusiast youths for recycling of e-waste. A loyalty scheme can be launched to urgue exchange of e-goods. Electronics companies can play vital role in that too. So, Govt should also elaborate their policies and provide leniency to them.

The best solution for the treatment of electronic wastes is to recycle it . Electronic waste recycling facilities have advanced considerably and now they can be recycled 95−98% by weight.
Recycling has two fold benefits
(i) It prevents the toxic components of computers from entering the delicate environment and ground water via landfill. (ii) It also slows the use and mining of primary raw materials.

1) we should focus more in using material which can be reused effectively.
2) we should focus in setting up factories in areas non-reaident areas
3) factories location changing in regular intervals in case electronic item need to focused, which is there in few countries
4) in order to.counter pollution, focus to be given in air purification process

Resource is the only things for development. So e-waste can be a good resource for the creation of new electronic items. Center needs to be created for e-waste in local administration. Good storage of e-waste should be build up so that resources can be generated for the help of people who wants to exercise those resources for the creation of unique items with those e-waste.
