MeitY is seeking comments from citizens on the Draft Report on Circular Economy in Electronic Waste.

It has drafted an action plan report which provides recommendations on feasible solutions of circular economy transformation in the e-Waste Sector based on best global practices.

The recommendation includes the entire value chain of the products including raw-material acquisition, design & manufacturing of components, consumption, end-of-life, and recycling, and recovery stages, secondary raw materials, circular economy evaluation indicators, etc. to ensure

Sir, Haar ek Raaja pe is chiz ki awarness hona jarruri hai. example hamari West Bengal pe jaise koi bhi E-waste ko bahar pe bekar pe fake nehi dete hai. koi naa koi haar ek mahine raste se jate hai purane electronic chij jaise watch,TV and mobile, torch kharid ke leke jate hai fair uske hisab se kaam karte hai. India ki haar ek raaja pe agar aap box bithake e-wast box lagayega tow garib logo box se nikalke ghar lekar chale jaiga nahi tow koi use uthakaar China market jaakar bech dega.

The current short-term and transactional nature of the electronic waste system is not delivering the high-quality and high-capacity recycling this country needs if it is to reach a circular economy and extract the full benefits to jobs and the economy of the precious and valuable materials currently being lost
