I suspect links with Chaina for Turkey to get contract with HSL part of sensitive natural harbour area in Visakhapatnam , and HSBC established in posh and high valued location in heart of the city, Also earlier to these a father and son chainese origin used to run chainees shoe mart just 3km away from port premises.
Now all three disappeared with recent dismantling of HSBC from here.
Internal vigilance is of high importance than external enemies
may require reforms in these sensitive areas.
