People with higher education qualifications should be banned from applying for ITI and non-executive qualification level posts. People with higher qualifications make it difficult to get jobs. A situation arises where jobs are not available. Skill development training is only meaningful through employment. There are employment-related announcements by the central and state governments that hinder that. If people with ITI qualifications apply for diploma and BE qualification level posts, will the government accept them? Then why does the government allow people with higher education to apply for ITI qualification posts. A situation should not arise where it is difficult to get a job if you study. The government should take an important decision on this issue administratively. The scarcity of employment should not create unfair competition in society.Skill development is not just about providing training; it is also about ensuring employment.

It seems that many sectoral skill councils are sleeping. They have not come to the industries. The next step is to reform the sector skill councils. Since RPL, AEDP, WIDP are to be implemented, changes are needed in their functioning. Since equivalent qualification certificates should also be issued through the sector skill council, they should be modified after consulting the public.
The activities of the Sector Skill Councils are not satisfactory. Therefore, necessary administrative measures should be taken to implement reforms in those organizations.Even the sectoral employees and students do not know that a Sector Skill Council is functioning. That is how much its activities are.
The activities of the sector skill council should be modified after getting the opinions of the factory management, the workers and the general public.

There are no qualified instructors for various trades. There is no appointment of qualified vocational teachers for all jobs in the multi sector including Textile. It is necessary to appoint qualified vocational teachers for the respective trades in govt & private skill development educational institutions, govt & private industries. The govt also runs a vocational teacher training institute but not for all trades. Govt training institutes do not conduct vocational teacher training for many designated trades. The appointment of vocational teachers for the respective sector should be done on the basis of work experience. Those who have educational qualifications or work experience should be allowed in the advertisements for vocational teachers.
The Craft Instructor Training scheme, like an MBA, requires specialization in all trades. Vocational teachers who can focus on one area of the trade are needed. This will help training centers and industrial companies select qualified teachers

A human resource transfer policy should be created to overcome the international human resource shortage. . There is a shortage of employment in our country. A central government agency should be created to provide workers for foreign employment. Foreign languages should be taught in every district. The Indian government should provide necessary assistance to Indians to be the first to get foreign employment. Skill development training should be provided focused on the jobs that are increasingly being created abroad. This is a strategic initiative. Employment and skill development training should not be unrelated. For those who have completed a trade, where employment opportunities are limited in our country, if necessary, training inelectric vehicle repair can be provided as a supplementary training program, full-time or part-time. An opportunity to receive training in an additional trade should be created through the "supplementary training program". This will increase opportunities.

Dear sir,
As per my thinking, we have to give more attention on skill development, It should be applied from 6th class as well as recruit one teacher in each school to take care and manage the things, In this we have work children skill from there childhood as per there intrest.
It would be helpful to become Viksit Bharat.
