Skill development should be given full freehand, as putting it under certain policies, can limit its effectuveness, or even be overpowered by beurocrats, Any skill which can be used for benefit of society and is not intervening human body, should be encouraged. For eg. Hypnotherapy which is approved by govt of india as complementary therapy for working on emotional health should be used widely by people who are trained. It should not be limited only to be used by psychiatrist and MA BA or similar people. Hypnotherapy is a skill, which can be used effectively on people to help them overcome on many psychological and physical ailments. Skill development should not be a monopoly or should not be limited by so called education in cirucullum.

Respected sir/mam The policy should concentrate on syllabus of universities , it should keep flexible topics or units at graduation level, expand all India educational toors to foreign countries which are leaders in relevant field as many Indians have financial issues they just join some company after graduation and sacrifice their dreams. Also the subject specialist/scientists committee should be available in online mode to support students other than lectures for considerable proposals.(Relevant field experts) And if possible try to establish division level (state) incubation centre/labs for considerable proposals by individuals without being active student. (If an agriculture graduate from non ICAR institute wants to conduct some thing good or if any graduate have solution for some problems in field condition it will be helpful) At least the skill development, entrepreneurship development should not become experience certificate for only job.

...आसमान मे नही जाते वो फीर जमीनपर ही फडफड करते रहते है ..और दुसरो को भी परेशान करते है ईसीलीऐ Skill जरुरी है ..simple सा उदाहरण बच्चो को बचपन से sorry बोलना सिखाते है नही तो कुछ पुरी जिंदगी किसी को sorry नही कहते मानो दुसरो पर उपकार कर रहे है * Skill gives contribution to Society &self progress * Skill earn /gain by Will * without Skill work would be Spill .. * Skill फीर attitude भी देता Reskill Upskill का जो बेहद जरुरी है आजकल के modern techno era मे जब हर चिज हर समय - Upgrade Update होती रहती है in short - समय के साथ चलना अपने काम को लेकर * Skill ही ईन्सान को समय के साथ Multiskilling से जोडता है * Skill is just not specific or only one oriented work load but it cn be a Fusion- to less pressure of work *Skill Fusion

In our country, there is lack of awareness that ‘skill’ is not the same as ‘education’. Our children and youth need to be made aware of various skills and how that is connected to professions, industry and economy and how can skills make people more job ready. Today, in our schools, information for career selection is not provided properly or at best students are aware of careers in engineering and medicine and they are driven to coaching. If various skills are showcased properly, many students will select the skills they are interested in. For that my suggestion is the following: 1. A comprehensive list of skills and the career paths need to be mapped out and documented. 2. Schools and colleges need to employ skilled experts to conduct sessions on these skills. 3. Private sector employers connected to and benefiting from skill programs need to invest in specialist courses in the schools and colleges.
