Fertile soil takes thousands of years to form. In India, it is eroding by several tons per acre per year in general and at much higher rate wherever there are no plant-roots to hold soil together and no plant-leaves to soften the onslaught of water and wind which ultimately deposit the soil in the rivers in a contaminated condition. Dredging the rivers and the reservoirs of dam-systems is essential to control floods as well as water-shortage in dry seasons. Presently, the sludge dredged from river-ports is unloaded in areas having fertile soil thus destroying the fertility of that land. The Youth Policy rightly stresses profitable agricultural engagement for the rural youth. In the policy, soil-conservation should be given a place. Reclaiming fertile soil from the dredged-out sludge is possible though still expensive. An intensive GOI project on soil-conservation can create employment as well as entrepreneurship opportunities for the youth and in time, further modernize agriculture.

We need to have our own Law and need to discontinue IPC 1425 which was implemented by British to delay and deny justice. It’s high time to have a proper law suitable for this land and time. We have learned Law persons both in Chair and Retired who could help in formulating suitable strong law book,supported by Artificial Intelligence to expedite the judgement in a given time frame. We have been continuing with Irish Penal Code1425 designed to delay and deny justice to Irish fellows, continued for us in 1860 by British and then again in 1947 and beyond . This need to be scraped by Sansad / Samvidhan .

श्रीमान माननीय प्रधानमंत्री महोदय भारत सरकार नई दिल्ली महोदय,जनसंख्या नियंत्रण कानून बहुत जल्दी लागू होना ही चाहिए इसकी देश को अति आवश्यकता है हमारे देश में 70 हजार बच्चे रोज पैदा होते हैं 70 हजार रोजगार रोज पैदा नहीं होते क्योंकि शिक्षित अशिक्षित बढ़ती बेरोजगारी, बढ़ती महंगाई, बढ़ते अपराध, घटता जलस्तर, बिगड़ता पर्यावरण, घटती जंगल, घटती कृषि योग्य भूमि प्राकृतिक आपदाओं से बचने के लिए सीमेंट कंक्रीट की रोड़ प्लास्टिक के बढ़ते प्रयोग पर तत्काल रोक लगाई जानी चाहिए आदि अनेकों समस्याओं की जड़ बढ़ती जनसंख्या है नहीं तो अगला विश्व युद्ध पीने के पानी एवं भोजन के लिए होगा इस कानून को अति शीघ्र लाया जाए तमाम समस्याओं का समाधान होगा

महोदय हमारे देश में युवावो की सबसे बड़ी समस्या है रोजगार पर महोदय हम रोजगार कि असली परिभाषा अभी तक समझाने में कामयाब नहीं हुए है जिसका कारण है की हमारे पास बहुत सारा काम होते हुए भी बेरोजगारी है इसका सीधा सा मतलब है की लोग काम को रोजगार नहीं समझते है लोग नौकरी को रोजगार समझते है और वो भी सरकारी इसका सीधा अर्थ ये हुवा की हम काम करना कम पसंद करते है युवाओ को सबसे ज्यादा ख़राब करने वाली योजनाए है फ्री की योजनाए और सरकारी दफ्तरों में व्याप्त भरस्टाचार युवा को ऐसा लगता है की बस एक बार सरकारी नौकरी लग जाये बाद में मजे ही मजे है जिसकी वजह से बाकि काम करता ही नहीं है महोदय अग्निवीर जैसी योजना का और विस्तार करते हुए 100% युवा को मिलिटरी अनुसासन और प्रबंधन की पढ़ाई अनिवार्य रूप से लागु करनी चाहिए 12th के बाद 4साल सेना में रहते हुए उच्च शिक्षा होनी चाहिए जिससे एक युवा का जीवन स्वावलम्भी बन सके और वो अपने उदेस्ये में कामयाब हो सके उसकी कामयाबी से देश को उन्नति मिलेगी और दुनिया में भारत शक्ति बनकर उभरेगा मुकेश सिंह बीदावत निदेशक देशहित फाउंडेशन
