In 1952, India implemented a crude system called ‘Family Planning’ for curbing population-growth. It was a mostly foreign-funded and half-baked clinical superimposition repulsive to the people. The population grew from just above 34 Crores in 1947 to above 60 Crores in 1975. The economy grew at 2.5% p.a (jokingly called the ‘Hindu Rate’). Poverty and illiteracy grew alongside. Then came ‘Emergency’ and with it, coercion to sterilize people. It so badly backfired that ‘Family Planning’ receded in the shadows. By the year 2000, the population exceeded 100 Crores. It is ironic that the same people, who were at the helm of affairs during most of the above period, now taunt that so much unemployment was never seen before.
It is heart-warming to find that the Youth Policy includes up-gradation of social protection schemes to support vulnerable and marginalized groups in the population.
The Youth Policy has also to exercise hindsight on the Population Policy for sustainable development.

Basic education for all children should be free, infrastructure of schools, quality of education and teachers should be high class.
reservation should be optional and given for one time only, either for higher education or for job.

1)Create open & informal educational opportunities with & for young people with at least 10k establishments as open door places to take part in group activities, projects, courses etc. 2)Promote self organised groups/association like youth work in religious organisations, sports associations etc 3) Increase youth info center, youth clubs. 4)Start international youth volunteer service as part of policy eg nature conservation projects etc 5) See youth policy as a responsibility of society as a whole. 6)Make visible & tangible the potential & opportunities that youth contribute to society. 7)Form Youth strategy on future, generational dialogue, participation, commitment, youth free spaces, shared responsibility, youth conference, youth friendly communication, have youth parliaments, to develop potential to look future towards the future with confidence. 8)Provide opportunities to youth crossing borders to experience & develop their talents in shaping developed India & strengthening health

I think everyone should participate in the competition that is going on in Micromax right now because these apps have the honor of our country's honorable Prime Minister so everyone can actually participate in any event or competition in these apps.
