The Government has reviewed the existing draft National Youth Policy, 2014 and prepared a new draft National Youth Policy (NYP). The draft NYP envisages a ten - year vision for youth development that India seeks to achieve by 2030. It is aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and serves to 'unlock the potential of the youth to advance India'.

The draft NYP seek to catalyze widespread action on youth development across five priority areas viz. education; employment & entrepreneurship: youth leadership & development; health, fitness & sports; and social justice. Each priority area is underpinned by the principle of social inclusion keeping in view the interests of the marginalized sections.

The Department of Youth Affairs seek comments/views/suggestions on the draft NYP from all stakeholders.

Please refer to the policy document: Draft National Youth Policy (PDF 1.23 MB)

Bring Kulbhushan Jadhav in Pak jail and Tej Bahadur Yadav restore dignity and job aspects in India. Only this way you can bring Indian flag to home. Else remove IB, RAW, MHA, PMO, Defence ministry, Cabinet, External affairs: senior officers, director and secretary and accountable subordinates from posts. They all know of this matter. Pending and taking no action from past 4-5 years. Stop their promotions, penalize monetarily, dont give extensions and ministerial level posts. Even noting done in govt. offices but they due to Brahmanism pending. Scrutinize all these officers and family ITR, assests, hospitality.

Youth policy of the government must be depicted in every hostels, public institutions and within the premises of privately owned organisation to ensure transparent publicly of the objectives, vision and mission of the undertaken policies across the country. Youth can be encouraged to devote more or community development program, like prevention of climate change, medicinal plantations and vegetation to the barren lands, including the deserts, plateau and either side of highway and railtracks and the local rivers as well. They can also be encouraged to attend our lost heritage and about their restoration as an assiting team to the geological survey of India. The drafting should not forget to mention that youth have greater responsibility for elders group,as elders are physically dependable even in disposing diurnal duties, therefore financial assistance is not the issue but physical assistance have been a scarcity to them since long and youth can fulfill the demand as one of the duties....

Let the opportunity be classified under various groups from high level skilled person till the person with less skill.let the applications for job be categorised in such a way that all are given the job. There should be no much difference between the pay scale. This will help all the youth to be encouraged to do the carrier.Hence the youth power can be used fruitfully without much pressure thinking about the salary they earn. in curriculum itself the basics needed for personality development, learning work technology should be included after 10 th. Standard. Conducting programmes like quiz, sports, contests, cultural activities etc where the youth can show their abilities should be introduced on national level.

Social harmony shall be brought back in the system. It was disrupted some years back and was accelerated by fake news and social media.Minority youths are depicted as probable terrorist. If a bomb blast happens they will be the suspect even if they are the victim. This should change .The hate politics shall stop. The government shall make an AI based system to scan and report cyber crimes which are aimed to disrupt social harmony and secularism.AI based cases shall be unbiased and will be extensive .This will help in maintaining law and order.
