It is a complete waste of money as very few really work and earn. Rest share some percentage from the wage as a commision to the agent who engage them. A surprise check by special squad will highlight everything. They just assemble at a place and after working for an hour as an eyewash and then start time passing with others and collect their wage and return back. If these 100 days wage workers are utilised properly many desilting of lakes, cleaning of canals, removing of unwanted plants, cleaning the water bodies can be done effectively. Government should directly transfer the wages to their bank account to prevent looting by the agents Please take immediate action to streamline this 100 days wage scheme and extract work from these workers Tax payers money should not be wasted without any productivity.
