पीएम फसल बीमा खरीफ के लिये जो कि जाए।पहले किसानों से अनुमति पत्र लेकर की जाए।साथ ही बीमित फसल का प्रमाणपत्र दिया जाए।जिसमे शिकायत का मोबाइल नम्बर और ईमेल का पता दिया जाए।जिस पर किसान किसी भी नुकसान की स्थिति में सूचना दे सके।सरकार किसान की मांग पर बीमा कंपनियों को त्वरित जाँच कराने का निर्देश जारी करे।जिससे किसानों को फसल बीमा का लाभ मिल सके।

Kindly Utilisation unproductive waste Agricultural land and Lost Fertile Soil area captured by GPRS system. I humbly request you sir kindly create proper channels or lift irrigation system with small river as well as create the border of growing Bamboo plants it's helpful to bind Soil with the help of root rhizomes. it's also helpful to reduce Fertile soil runoff. Kindly installation of the filter net surrounding the border of the farm or proper drainage system. Reduction of Losses during the rainy season i.e. Crop failure due to heavy rainfall or Soil Runoff. Proper channels of lift irrigation systems help to reduce loss of crop failure.🙏

प्रधामंत्री फसल योजना का क्रियान्वयन में जिला प्रशासन का अभिरुचि नही है । अतः प्रथम, प्रशासन में अभिरुचि जगाना आवश्यक है । द्वितीय, प्रत्येक स्तर पर जवाबदेही तय हो । तृतीय, किसानों के शिकायतों को प्राथमिकता से लिया जाय । चतुर्थ, किसानों को फसल बीमा के प्रावधानों को अलग अलग समय पर समझाया जाय । मैंने, जनपद बलिया के जिलाधिकारी को इस संबंध में एक सूचना मुहैया कराया है । लेकिन उन्होंने इसे गंभीरता से नहीं लिया है । ऐसी परिस्थितियों से बचना चाहिए।

An awareness among farmers about the crop insurance schemes should be done in large scale. Good quality fertilizers and seeds should be sold through Agri Shops across India. A website containing information about the seeds and fertilizers in regional languages with an option to contact the experts and scientists should be created. Training on Composting methods, growing earth worms and manufacturing manures to the farmers in each Village should be given. Award can be given to the farmers who cultivate crops using natural resources and avoid harmful pesticides. Best Farmer Award at National/State Level should be given to encourage them. A farmer mela can be arranged throughout India in which all farmers from various states can participate and share their success stories and inspire many people. Kisan Help Line can be created state wise. There they can seek assistance on getting loan, quality fertilizers and seeds, insurance and various Government schemes. This will be helpful.
