Some areas doesn't have adequate water for cultivation and the crops are destroyed. This affects the farmers. So all water bodies has to be maintained properly and excess rain water can be stored. Each Village should have proper rain water harvesting system and storm water drains to collect the excess rain water and store them. There should be an awareness among the citizens in saving precious water. Excess river water getting drained into sea should be prevented. During heavy rainy season excess rain water should be diverted to these dry lakes and wells to recharge the ground water level. All canals carrying water should be maintained cleanly. Six months once it should be cleaned using local man power. These measures should be taken to improve the growth in agricultural sector and have more crops production.
