The objective behind this activity is to communicate with the citizens and engage their participation in the “Kisan Bhagidari Prathmikta Humaari” Campaign on the MyGov platform. This activity would give the voice and platform to the young blood/ progressive farmers & stakeholders etc. All the suggestions/opinions/would be evaluated by the IEC Advisory Committee and shortlisted ideas would be implemented with the approval of the competent authority. Participants can share their ideas in a small video or in writing.

Government should give opportunity to youngsters who score more marks in BSc MSc Agriculture. They should be encouraged to attend in various webinars and conferences. Talented students should be given with a chance to work directly with the farmers. Farmers can share their experiences and these youngsters can educate the farmers on the latest technology available in our country. Many youngsters still waiting to get job can be utilised for this purpose and after giving them proper training they can be appointed in jobs. This will help them to get needed knowledge and experience when they join in the job. Many talented people are not getting job due to reservation system. This should be removed and talented students should get job irrespective of caste based appointments. Youngsters has immense potential and working capacity. They should be properly utilised. So that their energy is not wasted and they will not get diverted unnecessarily and choose wrong path.
