In my opinion, the functioning of the Enforcement Directorate (ED) can be improved in many ways. Right now it plays a very important role in controlling financial crimes, but still there are some areas where things can be better.First of all, there should be more independence in its working. Many times people feel that ED is influenced by political pressure, so reducing that will increase trust of public. Along with that, there should be some clear rules about how cases are selected, because sometimes it looks random which creates doubt. Another important thing is speed of cases. A lot of ED cases go on for years, which reduces effectiveness. If cases are solved faster, then it will create more fear among offenders. Also, ED should work in better coordination with agencies like Central Bureau of Investigation and Income Tax Department. Moreover there should be feedback system where employees can share their problems and suggestions. Proper training to employees is also necessary.

ED अधिकारियों के लिए नियमित प्रशिक्षण, नई तकनीकों और कानूनी अपडेट्स पर फोकस किया जाए।

विभिन्न जांच एजेंसियों के बीच रियल-टाइम डेटा शेयरिंग के लिए डिजिटल समन्वय प्लेटफॉर्म बनाया जाए।

व्हिसलब्लोअर के लिए पूरी तरह गोपनीय और सुरक्षित शिकायत तंत्र को मजबूत किया जाए।

शिकायत दर्ज करने हेतु सरल, सुरक्षित और मोबाइल-फ्रेंडली ऑनलाइन प्लेटफॉर्म विकसित किया जाए।
