The limit of 25% value of procurement should be instead not less than 25% value of procurements.

SUGGESTIONS FOR THE 469 LISTED ITEMS FOR THE MSME IN INDIA =
1 THE 469 ITEMS SHOULD BE TAXED AT 0 / ZERO RATE / FULL EXEMPTION FROM THE GST SLABS
2 THESE ITEMS ARE OF DAY TO DAY USE OF THE COMMON AND ORDINARY CITIZENS AND THE GENERAL PUBLIC
3 SOME MORE SIMILAR ITEMS OF DAILY USE BY THE GENERAL PUBLIC CAN BE INCLUDED = LIKE / FOR AN EXAMPLE = SANITARY NAPKINS OF GOOD QUALITY / EDUCATIONAL USE STATIONARY AND OFFICE USE STATIONARY ITEMS
4 TO COMPENSATE FOR THE LOSS OF REVENUE = LUXURY ITEMS LIKE THE ACs / LUXURY 4 WHEELERS / SIMILAR HIGH END ITEMS CAN BE TAXED AT A HIGHER RATE OF GST BECAUSE THE HIGHER END PEOPLE CAN VERY WELL AFFORD TO PAY THE HIGHER GST TAX RATE
5 THERE IS AN AMPLE SCOPE TO ADD MORE ITEMS TO THE LIST OF TAX FREE / 0 TAX / EXEMPTED TAX RATE OF GST = ITEMS OF DAILY USE BY THE COMMON PEOPLE AND WHICH DO NOT FALL IN THE CATEGORY OF = LUXURY ITEMS
6 THE LIST OF 469 ITEMS IS WELL THOUGHT OF AND TAKES CARE OF MOST OF THE ITEMS
7 ONLY MSMEs BE EXCLUSIVE FOR LIST

Give it in the hand of private parties , they will sell it , as they know how to sell . Government bodies have their own limitations and with those these products can not be sold aggressively.

Sir, In India MSME is the backbone of the Indian economy because it provide employment to citizen of India. Most of the MSME is in Un-organized Sector and they are operating in local market and goods and services to be sold in local market another problem faced by MSME is Delay in payments from vendor. We have system like E-trades where MSME can avail the service and get the payment at discounted rate. We have to In-Courage MSME to be registered so that they can avail the benefit from government policy is made by them. The 25% of the procured from MSME by government. This will boost the MSME and there financial problem is resolved. Another problem is faced by MSME is Skilled Workforce and lack of compliance due to this they faces financial problems like lack of knowledge about taxation, commercial knowledge. MSME is raising invoice and submit the customer. most of the Invoices are wrong this will further delay in the payment of MSME.
