I am of the view that the Digital public infrastructure in India has evolved in recent years by provisions of e sewa platforms and CSC platform , but need to strengthen much more . The cyber Security awareness must be carried out among the public through various forum in the digital economy . More so important is the Digital skilling knowledge is required to be imparted to the youth for the economy to grow.

Online Job Offers
o Plenty of Job Aspirants are being cheated and trapped on a regular basis, by giving fake Job-offers in India / Abroad, through online Registration. They collect money in the name of Fee / Charges from the innocent aspirants.
Suggestions
• An independent body required to look after these matters.
• The online Employment Agencies should be categorically (India & Abroad) registered with the independent body.
• Even if the Employment Agency is already registered, their online FACILITY should be additionally registered.
• Every job offered online by Corporates / Employment Agencies should be registered with the independent Agency.
• The specific job offer should be removed from the site after a specified period or after completion of the recruitment process.
• There can be some Fees/Charges, on the job offerors.
• A common site for job offers can be created for various job providers.
