Computerisation of cooperative banks.
I have seen some cooperative banks who gives hand written saving certificates. They even calculate the interest on calculator, write the savings amount plus interest amount manually on saving certificates. How can you give permission to such losers to open a cooperative bank ?
Do not allow any one to open cooperative banks/patsanstha if they do not have computer systems in place. Close the current ones if they are not following the norms.
There is too much mess in Cooperative banks now.

Digitization of Cooperative sugar factory shares/stocks.
I think the share owners of cooperative sugar factories do not have any digital copy of shares they purchased from factory owners. Each and every cooperative sugar factory or other cooperative institution must provide digital copy of share/stock.
The share owners must have Demat account and those shares from Cooperative institution must reflect in NSDL/CSDL.

No cash transaction for sugar factories to sell shares to Farmers/citizens.
Some years ago I have came across some incidences where the influencial politicians (MLA) who want to build his sugar factory through cooperative department used to sell shares in every village of their constituency. They were accepting cash for every share sold and I don't remember if there was any receipt. The price of share was randomly decided at cost of not less than RS 5000. They were mainly targeting salaried government employees like teachers and cane Farmers.
This process should be made online and share purchaser must have a demat account. The sugar factory owner/politicians should have any authority to sell these shares (or decide price) on their own. Already there is too much corruption in Cooperative Sugar factories.

For provide more edge and effective utilisation of Narega workforce, it is suggested that a window for the Landlords should be opend to provide Narega manpower on their demand and 50% contribution basis to enable them complete their farming need of labour in time. This will at one side help the farmers at the same time it will bult a bond between Govt and farmers, reduce financial burdain on Govt and aid to farmers.

Cooperative policies can be best utilized in the villages of India and can be a great advantage for the villages as well as the villagers.Like AMUL other villages should also follow and make a cooperative dairy and can sell the milk to the factories producing milk products or if possible they can set a factory in their own village.Similarly they can utilize the waste from their farms to make animal fodder and organic fertilizer. They can utilize the cow dung to make several products and as a cooperative can sell in the markets. Thanks
