Government should provide water facility, good road facility, proper drainage system, street light facility & clean environment in each and every village. Also they should provide proper education in digital India plans. People should keep their surroundings very neat and clean. They should not throw wastes in the public places. Every citizen is responsible for making their city as a smart city. Provide good education, employment to all. If every person is smart, the city will become smart city.

I feel to become smart city people must become smart. I found following points Govt must take care to declare as smart city. Roads must have footpath; raised to at least 15cm, opening to foot path for taking vehicle inside must be avoided, insted a triangular block can be kept while taking vehicle inside house or shop. vehicle found on foot path must be charged at least Rs50/. If same vehicle is found regular on foot path, fine of Rs. 1000/ must be charged.

A smart city must have a serviceable drainage, water distribution, underground cable for ecity, broadband etc. So that roads are not dug up again and again. A channel system which can be open and closed after service. On top of it footpath can be built. I stay in Bangalore and see this is learning from the system it prevents corruption and city maintenance cost.
