Ensure that the economy activity goes to small towns instead of keeping everything in City area, e.g. all it sector company are in banglore mumbai gurugram distribution is key.

English has become global language. Even country like china is promoting English to show his existence in this relevant world. Govt will also have to encourage English language in his state. In any Field there comes a barrier that is English language. I would like to suggest that state even govt should encourage English language.

A thing of beauty is a joy forever. ... Travel &Tourism Improve& Development Domestic & Internationally. People attract Uttarakhand's greatness and visit Deva Bhoomi. This will definitely increase Budget 2020-21.
