increase expenditure or invest in tourism it's will return in many fold .as maximum shopkeeper not paying tax .so government should increase control over it

The central government has decided to operate private trains. For the state of Uttarakhand, if the state government accepts the rail service, there will be additional revenue. Uttarakhand State Transport Department has to do private train service. Trains assigned to the state can be run as a test drive. You can expand the service if it is profitable. It is an investment oriented project. If done well, there will be profit.

माननीय वित्त मंत्री जी आप इस बार बजट में पहाड़ों पर उद्योग धंधों पर आधारित बजट बनाए ताकि पहाड़ों की पैदावार वहीं पर उद्योग को आपूर्ति की जा सके और पहाड़ों पर रोजगार भी बढ़े

An additional emphasis should be placed on solid waste management. Many important rivers rise in Uttarakhand and reach many parts of the country. So the state must be clean. Waste management should also involve the people. Make plans for the people with little benefit. Increase the direct participation of the people in the classification of waste. More funds should be allocated to waste management. Try the project in Screen Shot.
