In order to make the budget-making process participative and inclusive, the Department of Budget, Government of Uttarakhand invites Indians from all walks of life to contribute suggestions for the upcoming State Budget 2020-21 of Uttarakhand.

Budget should be people and service oriented, aims at desirable social change in people favor. General wefarism should aim to rural youth and women, communication and connectivities, encourage to set up local community medias which deliver farmers, farming, update information canvas and make reach government program to unreachable. Pension to small shop keepers, roadside shops economic assistance for further development, monetary assistance to rotten Industries but 3-4 industry should be amalgamated and assistance in amalgamated one. Same hotels, hospitals and other. Shopping malls for women specially to empower women under our traditional value. Promote state level seminar, workshops, exhibition etc on developmental opportunities, communication and connectivities expansion,encourage more local media with economic benefit.

Free School education and health care flourish should be to low strata of society. Meritorious students or selected skilled workforce should be allowed a travel once in two years any where in India with 1/4 concession, skill set promotion in school education and at community level, stipend to girl child support and assistance and amount should be kept on Bank in the students name by the custody of Head master or principal.
