In order to make the budget-making process participative and inclusive, the Department of Budget, Government of Uttarakhand invites Indians from all walks of life to contribute suggestions for the upcoming State Budget 2020-21 of Uttarakhand.

Reference to Atal Bhujal Yojna, we need to set a higher premium (double or more rate) on the water being sent into drainage than the cost of water actually getting "consumed", e.g. a household taking 10 units of water and draining 6 units could be charged double or triple for those 6 units in addition to regular charge for 10 units. This should be started in a urban metro and industrial centres, if not implementable immediately across the country. This will help control the wastage of water.

मेरा सुझाव है कि सरकार को राज्य के स्वास्थ ,शिक्षा ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों, कृषि क्षेत्र एंव रोजगार के क्षेत्र पर बजट में ध्यान दे!

Pranams sir. am bhuvanesh I'm from Tamil Nadu and as a well wisher I want to register my common suggestion. In Uttarakhand there at thirty holy places like kedarnath, Haridwar,etc, but even the people of Uttarakhand may not visited the above places. So, make a minimum budget for the poor people's dharshan expenses. Spiritual help to poor people will reach the state people. Bharat Mata ki jai.jai hind.

Government Funds for Music centres where special training should be given to learn traditional music including DHOL instrument.
