The primary fundamental duty which we as citizens must focus on are to"abide by the Constitution and respect its ideals and institutions;" and"cherish and follow the noble ideals which inspired our national struggle for freedom".Every citizen irrespective of our religion/caste/language/race or political ideology must live up to the values of equality, secularism and our ancient composite culture and we must embrace, nurture and uphold them and inculcate these values in our fellow citizens.
