# Its responsibility of local govt.all over country where ever Dala Shasti Parv is celebrated must be at own home not in common place, because it's 3day festive & gathering administration should decide boldly. If allowed in some districts & restriction in other it would create doubble bias thus for safety of health mass gathering at rivers must prohibited. Its for their health so no regret & blame. We can save many from getting unhealthy. All senior citizens must ask families to celebrate in Home.
