GM/ There is lot of talk about AAdhar card being made available yesterday. There is inordinate delay and most of the websites are not working. People have to run from pillar to post to get the AAdhar card. I feel AAdhar admn needs to be revamped to help the citizens. There is lot of harassment. Unfortunate but true.

Here my suggestion is if we use the same land for two different project then it will help to cost cutting of project.one example if we are making any national highways we can use Railway land just like there are rail cum road bridge, same we can make elevated road bridge over railway line then we can use one land for rail and road both and it will also help for monitor the railway line and reach out in very less time if any wrong.

We don't have online system for farmer's fields information, Every small field should be online(With proper information what farmer is growing in that field) so farmer would get subsidiaries and relief fund directly into farmer account based based on field number. I know government is doing lot of this but that is not going to farmer. For example- In 2015 center government gave 1.5% relief fund for wheat damage due to Olla but no farmer got that benefit in Saharanpur UP.

From 1990,India's development was moving like a tortoise.China picked up fast and way ahead to become a developed and powerful nation in Asia and in the world though some poverty is there?I think India's weak governments or political instability, struggles of power resulted into slow development. At least now we have to pacify our development but preserving our Vedic culture at any cost. All leaders and political parties support is needed to shape future leaders. Please talk about this topic.(2/2)

The central government may consider setting up Film and Communication institutes along with media centres/ news agencies in different regions of India. We may also consider encourage people to produce a lot of local information, news, entertainment contents and other development information locally both visual and audio which can be made available to radio and tv. Such training and activities can create a lot of jobs - at least a million jobs at each district level.

We need to reduce the use of water for Agricultural purpose and use it more for drinking purposes. We have to work hard on sharing the water through canals across India. The canals can help to increase the underwater in various parts of India where the wells are losing water due to increased use of underwater for Agricultural purposes. We may have to have reverse rivers which means converting sea water into drinkable and usable water is what needed nowadays.

Water is life. India needs water for people's evveryday affairs. There can be conflicts and clashes on the basis of scarcity of water as the population increases but there are less resouces of water. So we need Water management and water information management board. Connecting Rivers and supplying water where we need water in India are important. But we also need to learn to manage the use of water. We are overusing water for Agricultural purposes and thus exploit the land.
