The esteemed universities like IIT, NIT, IIM, AIIMS etc provide substantial subsidy to its students. Most of them, especially from IIT and IIM, move towards developed countries without contributing to the very society which provided them subsidy via tax payer's money.My suggestion is enacting a law by the legislation that subsidy should be made to students who serve for 'five years' either in defence forces, DRDO, ISRO or other Government organisations as per their choice, if not pay full fees.

In college we may have social project with grade. In which a group of students may taket task to go near village where they can teach some practical to women children so that they can know practical technology and digital knowledge or any task who can help social inclusion. This project must be certified with their final mark sheet.

No reservation system in recruitment of Teachers. Only meritorious and Interested people will come into teaching. All the Private institutions should be nationalised. If necessary make the amendments to Indian Constitution regarding Reservation system in the Field of Teaching.

Government can facilitate. LLB students can be asked to Participate,Train in Police Stations,jails, Courts, Lok Adalth,Legal aid and legal Literacy campaigns as part of their course B.Com students to Participate and train with PSU Banks, Insurance companies,Audit,Accounts department,government programes etc Engineering Students -Civil ,Mech,Electrical to train with Railways,PWD,CPWD,NHA etc and PSU.
