The role of institutions of higher education in societal development is becoming increasing significant. In recent years, higher education has isolated itself from the society and there is a need to re-establish and strengthen higher education’s close linkages with the society. How can Universities foster social responsibility and engage in community outreach programmes. Sharing some working examples would also be a useful input.

Sir i am civil service aspirant and I come under general category. My request is as follow: Please don't reduce age limit for general student (Let it remain 6 attempt for general upto 30 year as present ).I belong to middle class family i left software developer job to pursue my civil services dream. Since i was not financially strong so i have to do that job. Humble request: Don't reduce the number of attempt and age limit for general category student.It may scatter many dreams.

Make it self confidence and self service oriented students, what they learn in schools or colleges or universities to come out from the institute.

Rather than changing our education policy we should think upon review our education system somewhere we should fix some responsibilities to our Teachers in following manners: 1. Providing time bound task every year to Teachers and review quarterly by independent Agency and report to the Distract Magistrate/ District Collector within 30days from the Reviewal; Part-1

2. The Distract Magistrate/District Collector should take appropriate action by next 30days and feedback report should send to State Government or to any Agency appointed for the Same or to the Schools where Teachers are working; 3. Annual Appraisal should be link with result oriented; and 4. If required, counseling of the teacher on regular basis.
