Direct Selling is an awesome concept and govt. should support/encourage such activities. Yes this industry need to be regularise, as it has great employee generation capacity and which will in turn will help our country unemployment problem.

should have a website with very detailed plan for various and common entrepreneurial venture. e.g this for http://www.exinfm.com/free_spreadsheets.html and idea sharing platform. If some thing fails it allows some one else to take from there.

Small Certifications programs can be planned and operated for all non formal / Street side food joints etc - wherein they are taught about the hygiene factors, food related diseases etc. This will go a long way in improving the conditions as also improve their businesses. Existing institutes -hotel management, doctors association can be roped in as well.

India lacks business environment , mostly in eastern area. We want to set up enterprises that can come with a solution but govt. policies is the biggest hurdle like too much approval for a very small shop or business. Even we suffer for Funding.Raising seed capital is the most difficult part.Govt. need to promote entrepreneurship since childhood. Our education system in not as such which help them for get their livelihood.

Every Bachelor or Master's Degree program should have one or two papers on; setting up company, concepts, scaling up operations, how to obtain various registrations, what are the compliance needs. Based on interests of students, the curriculum should also have content regarding possible funding opportunities, govt. schemes, industry associations etc relevant to that student.
