RSTV featured the 'Colors of India' program on holi.In that they depicted how naturals colors are made by collecting the garlands and flowers from the temples, hotels.These kind of programs will create interest in students to think how to make colors out of the natural things.So I think school curriculum should have time for these kind of programs.This will make the students think in an innovative ways. Useful academic programs in the DD, RSTV, LSTV could be used for students as study materials.

To promote this idea: We need to do the following : 1. Encourage Entrepreneurship as a minor in MBA colleges 2. Incubation Centers at Schools and Colleges 3. Perception is that if we take Entrepreneurship course then recruiters will not hire you. Offer one optional pratical Entrepreneurship course teaching all the practical procedures to start a firm. Ideas and Dimensions on the proper usage of the Government subsidies in making more out of the venture. #Entrepreneurship

In this new era of globalization skill development is a holistic tool to eradicate the crisis of Unemployment. It would be better to make the skill development courses compulsory up to Intermediate.

Nothing is possible till proper funding for Entrepreneurship, because most of the Banks provide funding only reach peoples, big companies and mostly fraud people. Trustworthy people don't have complete paper work or there own property. Instead of own house, land, electricity bill, voter ID, Qualification Certificate after that Banking transactions are must and last but not the list full fill the Bank Managers requirement.

As long as we value our students based on their success alone they will fear to do something different fearing negative results. To be a successful entrepreneur one needs to face the losses and learn from them.So we could set another ranking system to identify the students who has the potential to be a good entrepreneur.If one student fails and keeps trying till he/she passes or tries to answer differently he/she could be given special credit points. Or some different system should be adopted...

Keep trying different things till you get lucky - That's how you get success in Business. Now "Keep trying" part requires a support structure which most lack. If you solve this, more people will start doing business. If convinced, call me for details.

1.Entrepreneurship must be added in the School Curriculum from Class 9. A 14-yr old is smart enough to learn what is business & how to initiate. 2.To encourage unemployed degree-holders, govt can hold seminars & training sessions to evoke an aspiration among them to prefer entrepreneurship education & become an entrepreneur. 3.Entrepreneurship education must be provided to diploma holders also. 4.A program like 'Think India Make India' can be initiated to encourage entrepreneurship & start-ups.
