increase the ground water capacity through implementing many canals and gravity dams at required place as soon as possible in all parts of the country,adopt new modern techniques while working in the government sectors far fast development. 2) council of ministers and senior officer should check the work frequently assigned to the governments officers. 3) motivates the public( rural areas) through the new techniques happening in the modern world power supply also very poor in many village

Sir, 1) 60% of expenditure on MNREGA works at drought effected States should be on Aforestation of forest, social forestation, domestic forestation.This will create a huge greenery which in future will help in Monsoon. 2) please give BPL card to proper person in BJP ruled state. This will give a lession to other party ruled State to follow this.

We can promote cooperative farming, where small farmers come together to produce in large amount, this will give benefits of economies of scale not just in production but also the purchases such as fertilizers, at the same time they need to take one step ahead and rather than selling it via third parties, they can open their own stores and sell at market price directly rather than selling their produce at cheaper rate to middleman who in turn sell these produce at a inflated price.

In our opinion one of the biggest challenge and obstacle on the path of progress is the population explosion and associated hazards. .Could we have some law or regulation to control the population before we reach equivalent population figure instead of progressed status of world most populated country? High Regards
