This is with regard to India Post services In addition to following up the complaints on the website, the Customer Care Cell should utilise the phone to get information quickly from other post offices. This will help in quicker disposal of complaints.

This is with regard to India Post services VPMO is an integral part of the VPP parcel. VPMO should also be tracked in the postal status given in indiapost.gov.in

This is with regard to India Post services 1. Mobile number/phone number of the addressee should be made mandatory of premium products like VPP, registered letters, speed post etc. The booking clerk should also check if the mobile number/phone number is given or not. Instead of returning the parcel, the postman should be told to also contact the addressee on phone, if not found available at the time of delivery. He simply wastes time and effort by returning the parcel to the sender.

Modiji happy birth day. Birth day gift humako chahiye. 1- Water. 2- Toilets for poor. 3- Electricity. Give us water in next 3 years and find change in Bharat Bhumi. Comment of one woman from Beed (Late Gopinath's constituency), " sandas banake kya kare. Use dhona kaise?".
