If aggrieved approached the judiciary, it takes 10 to 15 years in trail court due to paucity of courts and judges If the decision of the trial court is based on no facts and arbitrary there is no responsibility fixed as the judges enjoy absolute immunity. But what is the fate of a looser who has suffered all these years and about to suffer more years for decision in appeals. Please make laws with the consultation of chief justice , for accountability in rendering decisions by lower court

Respected Sir, Recently a boy named Avinash died of Dengue in Delhi and after this his parents also committed suicide due to helplessness. Avinsah is reportedly died due to abysmal condition of healthcare system of our country. It's shameful that even today we have not understood our responsibilities. It's very shocking! Please take steps to bring accountability and sensitiveness in the system and then we can talk about other development parameters. It's an humble request!

Sir The accountability and responsibility are the needs of the day. A builder can construct violating approved plans and with inferior quality. A contractor can construct a road with inferior quality No accountability from him or from the authorities who are responsible for the wrongs

Happy Birthday Sir. Writing to Mann Ki Baat is now a Passion. In this edition I wish you to highlight about Urban Poor. They Get rice from different State Govt. Schemes but what about other protein items. can we develop a Market Cluster in a City where this is available cheap. Bread,Banana and Eggs will do the needful. At this cluster A bread packet Can't be more than Rs.10. a Dozen Banana can't be more than Rs.15 and 12 eggs can't be more than Rs. 25. This way we can ensure minimum food.

DEAR SIR, IN MY OPINION YOU SHOULD DISCUSS/ADDRESS ABOUT WOMEN SECURITY.EVERY DAY THERE ARE NEWS OF RAPE FROM DIFFRENT PARTS OF THE COUNTRY.BECAUSE OF THIS COUNTRY IMAGE IS ALSO DEGRADING AT INTERNATIONAL LEVEL.WE HAVE ALSO SEEN INCIDENCE OF RAPE WITH FOREIGN TOURIST ,IT ALSO AFFECTS TOURISM.I ALSO SUGGEST FOR STRICT PUNISHMENT TO RAPIST.I THINK COUNSELLING OF MASS PEOPLE SHOULD BE DONE THROUGH GURU'S OF VARIOUS RELIGION AS PREVENTION IS BEETER THAN CURE.I APPRECIATE YOUR WORK FOR OUR COUNTRY.

#PrimeMinister Just wanted to point out something about the taxation side to increase government income. If we promote more use of plastic money than every spending in India can be monitored. While I understand there are no/less incentives for the tax payers but we can start some benefits for the people having successful tax paying record for last 3 financial years by proving some paid public facilities free of cost or with cheaper cost. Thanks
