Government of India has put in place a liberal policy for Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) under which FDI up to 100% is permitted through the automatic route in most of the sectors/ activities but some sectors require prior Government approval for infusing FDI with sector specific conditions. In the last one year Department of Industrial Policy & Promotion (DIPP) embarked upon a number of initiatives with the objective of improving ease of doing business and simplifying the investment process. Further, in this regard, the DIPP has now initiated an exercise for preparation of identifying applicability of the FDI Policy para as per each identified activity provided in National Industrial Classification Code 2008 to provide greater clarity and simplicity to foreign investors. Under this exercise codification had been started off with the NIC-2008 code book indicating against each entry as to whether FDI is allowed therein, and if so, it is on Automatic or Approval route along with Para no. of FDI policy.

A draft list prepared in this regard by DIPP is as under. The comments and suggestions from the stakeholders/ investors are welcome for the improvement, if any, latest by 30th November, 2015.

Government is allowing FDI in Railways.Railway Engines maintanance is a regular affair so every year governement cannot pay 2 crores per engine if they demand for maintanance of each engine.A joint venture of Govt and foreign companies is most desirable. So it gives benefit of Knowledge acquirement for our local engineers. Otherwise manoevoring techniques of foreign companies will swindle money from Indian railway users or Administration. With IITs help we can build Bullet Railway engins

There is a need to take every step for Technology transfer from FDI investors. For Example I heard that some years back imported Railway Engine if costs suppose 10 crore, their maintance charges will be 2 crores for one year like that.(to be serviced by their Engineers). Our government engineers overhald freely. So Every minute details of After installation of Project,Technology maintanance, support training to indian manpower should be made mandatory. Knowldege transfer is very important

All existing Secular media has done so much harm to National unity feeling in india from past 25 years. So there is a need to Direct them to give Full details of All Print media houses, all Religious TV Channels,News channels etc. in a Form publicly to be published (Stake holders,Promoters,Parent Promoters,Local Staff details ,their Religion, Nationality, their Wives religion) Since One Mr.Swaminathan Anklesaria aiyar declares indian army has committed rapes, killings in 1948 Hyd'bad.

Respected Modi Sir, Before inviting Foreign funds into india, we need a National Media Transaparency Act. TV Channels from across foreign nations propagating their religions. In wake of ISIS risk (CIVIL War in syria) we need to be very alert. All the details of Promoters,Shareholding,Editors,Reporters of all media houses need to be made public in format every 6 months.(to know their Religion,Mothertongue Nationality etc) to assert the forces and risk to national security in future.

Tax reforms are of immediate necessity. We need to decrease steep Taxes and Surcharge on incometax. Please exempt Interest Income from Income Tax on deposits made with Govt.BAnks, the investments flow.UPA Govt.levied taxes to reap more to eat more on scams. It should not be policy of BJP Govt.Tax less to increase honesty & let people invest their funds in India only.Lack of Tax free avenues is driving Indians to look at other illegal ways- country is suffering.Black money is created & exported.

Dear Prime Minister, You have been exceptionally doing well in promoting and connecting India to the other countries.Every Indian is proud of your efforts. But we are equally sorry to say that, the Prime Minister of India need not act as a Salesman. We appreciate you as Statesman but not as Salesman-selling India to foreign investment.Sir,we request you to reduce taxation and see that Indian investors invest in India.Arrest flow out of capital.Small investrs are being squeezed by steeptaxes

Honorable Prime Minister, Can you please make dual citizenship valid for India? Many of prominent Indians have to forcefully give up their citizenship because of their work abroad. Most developed countries allow dual citizenship, like USA Canada etc. If we can not give for all countries, we can at least have it for developed nations.
