Need for review of Delegation of Financial Powers. A head of office can spend upto 10000/- per annum in which even urgent stationery requirements cannot be met while HOD/Secretary has full powers. This necessitates submission of all big and small proposals to HOD routed through 5-8 channels. The financial delegations need to be reviewed and some higher level officer at JS level or equivalent should be given commensurate powers to decide matters expeditiously. Reduce channels of decision making. Often a file moves through about 7-10 channels in a department and then gets re-examined through an equal number of channels which not only multiplies the work but also delays the decisions causing escalation in projects and harassment to public.

There are a number of services which are much in demand but people have to wait for months to avail those services because of shortage of manpower and resources. Tatkal service may be arranged where ever a time frame for waiting is more than a month. The additional revenue so earned can be utilised in creating additional jobs for providing Tatkal service or by out sourcing those services to generate jobs.

Respected PM, sir their should be a system in which additional margin of Re.1 per litre of petrol and diesel consumed by our country should be kept aside for spl. Tasks by the central govt. Like swachh bharat abhiyan or any other welfare scheme... We know that our contry consume 32000bbl fuel/day... So we can imagine the change by this step... This margin should be strictly used for few of the star schemes.... Or it can be used for strengthning the defence of our country .... Thank you

I don't know how gornment working styles but I can suggest if not possible to handle the activities by few persons og gov.then let subcontract the activities to the young indian engineers who already doing the successful jobs in different organisations.Government can sign the legal documents like NDA.(non discloser agreement )

Like our corporate we used to give weekly schedule of plan verses actual.I can share the copy if required by my gov. For any activity planning with factor of safety can be easily calculated.For each expenditures need to define charts showing qwality,service,reputation & reliability of vendors.Each activity schedule chart has to be reviewed in weekly meeting & the top level mgmt.support to provide for any weak link point found in weekly meeting. This way we are achieving successfully targets .

pm modi sir as India is a agriculturel country so I think you sholud focus on thise sector by implementing some of my idea 1..now a days there is large amount of land wich comes under forest land or barren land wich is occupied by landmafias so thise land should be utilized by government for agrticulture by creating diffrent department for thise in wich we can provide employment to those unskilled or uneducated labours wich dont have any other source of income . thise will bring unused land under cultivating areas wich will also increase our production the country wich is already good will become best in thise sector However,we will get food for our country and excess will be exportrd in large amount to other country 2...as we improvice technology in deffence ,industry ,and many department so we sholud also improvice technology in agriculturel sector 3..as we know that food is the basic need of human being if we become best in thise sector we will be a world power in thise sector and be able to countrol the world so most of the country will depend on use for food grains so we will b able to countrol the world scenerio with respect to agriculturel sector wich will make dominance on other countrys.......Hope thise will change INDIA JAI HIND
