to keep india clean, dustbins should be kept between in every 10 meters in cities and 100 meters in towns and every nights these dustbins to be unloaded with out fail,gov emp to be in mufti in cities and towns to supervise,if any citizen who through waste out of dustbins,these emp should spot fine them and a receipts should be issued

dear sir, am karthickeyan from ooty,and now am in singapore,am here to share my opinion,am 25yr,in singapore there are faculties who works directly under ministry,these faculty do not have uniform and working hours their jobs to check the govt employees just like a spy,they use to be in mufti,and they look like a common men,just like them why not v have faculties in india and report dir to u,by this our govt emp wil nt do any unfair activity to our people,its just my opinion sir.

Why cant gov instruct banks to consider loan for CIBIL defaulter on higher Interest compared with regular rates and few extra strict norms, i am not in favour of default but if one has already defaulted that does not mean he/she does not have right to come on track... thousands people end their life due to heavy interest rates ,they dont have any other option left behind...These Private Loan provider charge 5% -30% per Month and this is sheer black money for them.Ameer or jyada Ameer and Garib?

Prdhanmatri Jan Dhan Yojna only will not sufice the need of under developed people..What about SHAHUKAR SYSTEM for poor & MAIN CULPRIT CIBIL for working..YES CIBIL... A group of banks block a person's future for financial support from banks..I know 5-6 people ,those were working on good packages but in 2007 due to financial mismanagement,they are barred by banks from financial support..they needed money & took pvt. loan @ 30% per MONTH yes Per Month, Now there entire income goes towards Interest

Govt inherits British legacy of offering contract where in sealed tenders are accepted. We must change this policy and go for reverse open auction where contractors bid and offer lowest price for the job and thereby save money to the govt.
