Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, with its order dated 1st May 2016, had constituted a Review Committee for rationalisation and optimisation of the functioning of the Sector Skill Councils, under the Chairmanship of Sh. Sharada Prasad, Former Director General, Directorate General of Employment & Training, Ministry of Labour & Employment, Government of lndia.

In order to engage with stakeholders and gather valuable suggestions/comments from the public, MSDE has put the Report of the Committee for rationalisation & optimisation of the functioning of the Sector Skill Councils for the public.

Last date of submission of suggestions is 23rd May, 2017

The youth who have passed BE in the discipline of Electronics and Instrumentation may also be included in training of Skilled Development Programme so that they also may get their jobs in the said discipline.

As per report it's advisable to incentivised business For reqruitment and training for skill Developement programme. Apprentice can be requruited by busones If they get incentive to train and pay the pepole. Skill can't be devlope without industry experience this make implementation easy for the govt Skill development should tied up with eduction and soecifslly last 2 semester where person get know how from industry and help better to map the requirnment of industry.

Lakhs of shops in all kind of cities, They need trained staff which can take care of sales, Purchase, customer service and many small issues at shop, Skill India can train such force and help both parties.employees and employers.

In employment sector the night shift working should be introduced in govt. Offices to solve employment problems by using contractual employment method.. working hours should be 6 hrs for each morning and evening shift..

What is the necessity today is to include the skilled based subject syllabus in school right from 5th std.. Basics of all laws in India and its teaching to school students help them aware of basic standard of living and build their future by encouraging them to learn and understand more till graduation and become expert in all field..

नमस्कार सर जैसा की सरकार द्वारा आजकल विभिन्न प्रकार के स्किल डेवलपमेंट कोर्स कराए जा रहे हैं जिससे कि आज युवा आत्म निर्भर हो रहा है यह बहुत ही अच्छी शुरुआत है इसके लिए आप सबको बहुत-बहुत बधाई। मेरा यह मानना है कि फिल्म निर्माण भी एक बहुत ही अच्छा और कला से संबंधित जुड़ा हुआ व्यवसाय है जिसमें आजकल के युवाओं की भागीदारी अधिक है अतः इससे जुड़े हुए स्किल डेवलपमेंट कोर्स को भी शामिल किया जाय धन्यवाद

सबसे पहले हम लोगो को अपने यहां के इंजीनियरिंग कॉलेजों की हालत ठीक करनी होगी. क्योकि बहुत से इंजीनियरिंग कॉलेज ऐसे है जिनमे प्रैक्टिकल लैब्स तक ठीक से डेवेलोप नई की गई है। और एजुकेशन सिस्टम को तो हमे सबसे पहले तक करना होगा क्योंकि आज भी हम अपने बच्चे से ये नही पूछते की वो क्या करने की इच्छा रखता है और ना कोई स्कूल टीचर ध्यान देता के बच्चे का माइंड किस ओर काम कर रहा है. यह सबसे बड़ा कारण के के हम सोच कर भी स्किल इंडिया नही बना पा रहे है। क्योकि जो मेकैनिकल को अच्छे से समझता है वो भी बैंक कलर्क...
