The kalyana Mandapa near here was charging Rs.107000/- before GST. Now they are charging Rs. 127000/_ an increase of 20%. Is it justifiable?

Just don't know whom to address this, Before GST we used to pay Service TAX and other Taxes which was included in price showing on Menu card. now after GST they charge extra 18%/28% on the old price(which already has Service Tax). If I am correct As per Gov GST replacing All taxes. thats means they has to remove Taxes from Old Price and then charge GST :( Someone needs to take a stand against and speak

sir,
I wondered that how we could implement in raw materials and raw food items supplier segment. As the vendors and Hawkers are rating the infinite rates. Definitely, the coming GST in our country will be reach a direct benefits to poor & downtrodden citizens. But the state government should give well furnished on it.

Sir,
The GST is the excellent way to track the tax liability. But please tell me why you have left a big hole of tax passage from it. Now the shopkeepers whose turn over is approximately 20 Lakh is about to divide their business in three or four parts in the name of the family members. Please stop any loop whole in it. Let everybody using business should register despite the value of transactions. It will only create the good example.
