We are living in a dynamic knowledge based society. Newer technologies and challenges are seeing the birth of new areas of study. Our higher education institutions must identify the new domains of knowledge in the global scenario and build up their capacities to meet this need. How can we retain our soft power in the global comity of nations?

we have to install the required syllabus ,its audio ,video and e- content in their mobiles and tabs. or student will download it from the portal. we have already established the n-listing library.it must give access to all the villages as 1 center for 500- 700 students in urban areas and 1 center per 300-500 in rural areas. these centers must have established library and gymnasium. Government can converts existing colleges in to these centers by providing grants to these institutions.

i request the government to make all the curriculum and syllabus digital, and has to be made available through audio -visual mediums rather than paper and picture. paper data must be converted into e- data. we must be able to record the ideal classes and has to be made available on the specified portal.Instead of carrying the books , students are very fond of carrying tabs and phones. so it is our duty to use their likings as a means, to educate them .
