Do we have the human and infrastructural facilities that can fully exploit the opportunities of TEL. To what extent do our institutions leverage the potential of ICT for improving access and quality of general and technical education and also faculty development.

Smart classes having educomp and subject related software should started from pre-nursery up to 10+2 classs to get better knowledge.

Government should form a firm for building the education software; we should stop using the software built by private companies. Government should provide computers to all the schools. Schools should have a plan to form a group of interested students for whom the hardware training can be given so that the computers in schools can be repaired by the students and thru this the students can gain practical knowledge.

In ICT field faculty development is the desperate need. Private institutions should be encouraged to make their ICT system availed by the needy institutions.
