Man ki baat 3 In the exam hall: Reach before time. Pass urine, eat a banana or a biscuit, drink water, them enter exam. Hall. Sit quietly in your place. Pray to God. Then to improve concentration do following things. Sit with straight back. Focus eyes on tip of own nose. Breathe comfortably. Take long breaths. Breathe in and out comfortably. Focus mind on breathing. Forget the world.Think of nothing else. That quietens mind & prepares it for examination. Tell all.

Hello Sir, being an IAS aspirant, I am hopeful that our country is capable of imparting a quality education of global standard, but the only need is to make our teachers of various institutes more efficient by being appointed through the toughest exam equivalent to the Administrative officers.By this the dignity of a teacher can be saved. I implore you Sir! to uplift the standard of our education system by bringing this change to life and make India one of the top most education hub of the world

To maintain the quality, the 90's system to brought back. Privatization has derailed our education system. Better quality is not producing because the transition of education system during these years only added more business scope than actual learning & development. The stress on making more pass outs also seen as a major barrier in quality. The employer need to spend even on foundation/concepts that a candidate suppose to acquire during academic days.

Staff providing education from beginning .the education starts from home so from home education should be divided in to two moral education and identification of alphabet. Then at primary school teacher there should be qualified and have passed a well designed professional all India test. All others who do not qualify should be discarded from education.

Very thankful to Govt of India for this initiative ie career Training Course. Unemployment is the most burning problem in India. Indian students, in general, are ignorant of employment market. They continue their course of study without any aim. Aimless education is nothing but farce. My suggestion is,career centers should be set up in all schools, colleges and universities with one Carrer master to cater to the needs of the aspiring youths.
