Sir, there is a big shortage of quality teachers in the schools. Unfortunately poor quality educated persons choose this profession in the schools through present procedure of recruitment. Government primary Schools also have poor quality teachers. Because there new teachers also recruited through promotion of temporary teachers who caught to school at any cost during their unemployment days with help of donation or approach basis.Reservation also has a big factor to avoid a quality teacher.

In private universities there should be a control of government in appointment of Hon. VC and Registrar. Both should be from government sectors. Otherewise these universities will become a factory of distributing only degree without any quality because these universities are made only for business. This the humble request to Shri Narendra Modi ji

Sir you will find a great anamoly in our education system when u see towards rural and urban population. Gravity increases when you categorise these rural and urban classes separately. In rural areas education is still a taboo for people belong to poor and very poor whether people of these areas who belong to somewhat financially better class are sending there children's to urban areas for education..Same thing exists in urban areas because education varies as per income. This must be removed.

In Our education system still there is no space for ART, MUSIC,SPORTS,SOCIAL SERVICE which do cater values and Greater perspective in life. Lack of infrastructure in Govt. school is very big hurdle in Policy Implementation. End of the day teacher plays very important role in any education system but their voice is never heard at large. Our education System should give full autonomy to the teachers to go beyond textbooks. We do lack School mental Health Programme, which is the needed today.

Education need to be skill based and not degree based. Basic education till 10 years of schooling needs to instill perfect language and arithmetic skills, Vocational skills should be sharper to be better quality professionals. We need many skilled specialists than too many generalist that the system has produced which as a result makes India known for wide width of knowledge but very shallow in most times. Accuracy, quality & timeliness needs to be emphasised in our eduction from childhood

Adding further, we need to educate children on basic values harder through schools and more on civility. Respect for fellow citizens, women and aged is markedly poor and education must make peers shun such values and isolate, Peer pressure from early age to build better manners is a must. Eve teasing and demeaning women to the extent we see today was never there 30 years back when I was in school. Movies were not so lewd, crude. We lionize such behaviour by making them heros and ambasadors.
