we have to provide vocational and creative education to our new generation from 5th std so that they were able to start their own business. Education seems to be for providing job to others instead of job seeking by them.

Quality inputs required for which we should tempt by lucrative pay/perks NRI professionals to participate by joining our educational or at least as regular visiting professors. Local talents too to be looked out. Entrust to a select committee of retired professors and leading orofessionals .

The foremost reform we need in our education system is to do away making expect scientist, engineer, commerce or art graduate etc. Many people do not pursue their studies, as there is always an emphasis on one branch or another, leading to specialization. What we need is a course designed for mass- General Studies. This can comprise basic knowledge of all the subjects with emphasis on daily life requirements like- knowledge of mobile and computer applications, sports etc.

IITs and BITS should design cars using hybrid engines. The car top can be designed to utilise solar energy too. Engines should switch to petrol / electricity / hydrogen. In India today we have a range of cars , but only Tata cars are designed by India. Shri. Morarji Desai , former prime minister mentioned that our engineering institutions do not attempt to design even tailoring machine. In future, any machnine is going to be multi energy based.

In addition to my previous comment, schools and colleges more focus on exams only, they don't provide the ability to innovate or build creativity. That is the biggest reason why India is far behind in innovation in comparison to other countries. A central ministry should define the syllabus like including crash courses and certification material in the beginning of schools and college at least foundation should be strong to everyone(equal) to accommodate any technological change in the future

Education is a medium of growth available to selected few, to take it to masses. 1. A policy must be framed which will ensure that all sections of the society are a part of the education imparting facility for inclusive growth of all the sections. 2. Education must be a portrayed as a daily routine activity which comes naturally to all rather then being pushed it must be a PULL effect, they must be willing to participate 3. Advantages of Education must be more advertised.

The education system of our country is way beyond the reality, like 97% of students wouldn't be able to get a good job without some crash courses eg cisco. That means what is being taught in schools and colleges is exam centric not innovation or centric towards building creativity. Schools are charging the way they want like 3 to 4 lakhs per annum. There should be a policy which should tell what could be the maximum amount of fee can be in school. also a central board to define syllabus at root

For proper and timely imparting education to maximum number of children in India which becomes difficult because of lack of infrastructure 1. We can make use of information technology backbone to reach masses with classes online. 2. Lack of good teachers is a great problem and will increase going ahead , so we must train more teachers at the same time use existing teachers to make their teaching available online in form of videos , that way a lesson from an excellent teacher will reach to many.
