To foster the spirit of 'Jan Bhagidari' and to infuse more transparency into the budget making exercise, thereby having people as partners in the process of budget making, the Union Ministry of Finance has decided to invite suggestions for Union Budget 2016-17.

Citizens are requested to submit their ideas and suggestions on the topics that are generally in the ambit of Budget proposals as presented in the Parliament each year.

Suggestions may be submitted either directly in the comments box or through attached PDF documents.

The last date for submissions of suggestions is 5th February 2016.

today if we fight to build check dam as gadkari fighting for 30km/day road building challenge similarly if our PM takes initiative to build check dams in drought affected villages with help of CMs than only will our farmers be happy many will join such project but timeline is only upto coming monsoon if achieved crores of rs given to farmer suicide & tanker mafia will be saved if invested in time look for pradhanmantri check dam/jalshivar abhiyan sir u should now visit some of this drought villa

sir now most important as our meterological dept has said there will be good rains ask all states ex. maharashtra to invest in check dams immediately in large nos ask gov machinery to go to all those drought villages & construct check dams or tanks etc so whatever rain comes can be stored sir here ur procedure of tendering will destroy the time & drought villages will be again drought hit pls have some alternative to build check dams as SWACH bharat abhiyan have check dam abhiyan in drought vill

Dear Sir, It is a good time that we should be looking towards safety of the electronic data available with us. Just like the government planned for the missile shield to protect the capital city, we should be looking forward to safe guard the electronic files by developing the "Soft Shield" as loss of electronic files can cause a lot more damage than can anyone predict. It would be good if current budget plans something more for cyber security. Thank you so much for such opportunity.

Its better to bring Primary Education on a centralised platform rather than having central and state based, and more fund is to be allocated to primary education development, which is the greatest solution for all other problems of Nation.

medical insurance is now picking up atleast in city areas but problem is that only sound & fit are covered & even by mistake payment gets delayed due to some money problems & insurer wants to pay he is not allowed all his cover is removed money that he paid for past years is confisticated & now he has again go for medical check & if any bp or sugar is found he has to pay heavy premium sir this is grey area in our medical insurance iam the sufferer my medical policy by LIC discontinued after med

Smart Clusters...A step by step approach to Smart Cities. Why not create smart clusters where the government invests and provides basic infrastructure, hospitals, schools, drinking water, resources supply directly to home (like gas, electricity..). Only tax payers shall be eligible to buy houses in these smart clusters. Let us say we create a smart cluster of 10000 families. People themselves can manage the neighbourhood as all neighbours are tax payers and know how to organize the cluster.

sir as u made compulsory adhaar registration for LPG similarly make it mandatory for flat purchase , land deals etc and see to it already registered properties are also made aadhar registered even tax collection of properties if made aadhar mandatory u will find scores of individuals having no.f flats mostly government employs & politicians curb this black money thats why we have elected modiji show that modi is different from previous PM be PM of PEOPLE & not of CORRUPT people

sir pls dont pass ur road safety bill since it has higher penalty clauses this will only make RTO officials more fat bribe that all trucks & tempos pay to them as hafta will increase manifold leading to higher transportation cost thus higher inflation ex. sir sand was 5000 rs/brass last year due to crack down by various RTO & tehsildars today the cost of same raw material sand from river is 9000 rs/brass & heavy amount goes to RTO & tehsildars as bribe thus even diesel price was low price increa

As part of Swachh Bharat,Please provide make large road mopper mandatory for every municipal.It would be better if such machines are made in india. Also any new road to have toilet and dustbin every 5 KM.

sir if we want to be a developed country research is key thus our universities must be made research oriented education to students should come from research experts in that field & curriculum upgraded to 21st century we lack here in wide range but special education zone where such research oriented universities with tie-ups with industry are raised & kept out of government interference only meritorious students admitted this is a dream but u have to find some short cut if u want we to say modi.
