If you go to Civic Centre in Delhi; most of the seats are always vacant. Noone knows the reason, why a Govt staff is not on duty. To submit a paper, at least five visits are required, No value for the precious time of the taxpayers, most of the people have to take a half day leave, if they are Pvt Co employees.

Tax carbonated drinks heavily to discourage consumption as it adds no value to health. Bring in national policy on fruit processing and encourage big companies like pepsi and cocacola to make fruit based healthy drink instead of carbonated drinks(using drinking water heavily for making unhealthy cold drinks) Policy to mandate such companies to source fruit from Indian farmer to create constant demand for farm produce and secure farmers income.

Jaitley sir, (1) Can you stop corruption in IT office? From the steps to the IT Officer& his seniors; all are corrupt. People expected changes when Modiji came to power. The purpose of notice u/s 143 otherwisw called "scrutiny", seems, is meant only for giving the IT staff an opportunity to take bribe.

Union budget. -Contract workers are still @ large to get coverage by epf .Spl. monitoring mechanism to be evolved. -as most of the contract employees are uneducated the respective PSU/dept/company to be made responsible for EPF settle ment payment after closure of the contractual work as they take responsibility during EPF subscription deduction. -System change to enable wage payment to contract workers directly from respective deptto ensure true and honest wage payment to the poor workers.

This my suggestion that for budget is that a separate budget to placed in parliament bring steps taken by govt. in the area of agriculture and incentive to be taken for promoting agriculture as industry for small scale as well as large scale by pooling their land under self group of former so small former can pool their resources and their skill. This will strengthen capacity.

We should promote Vedic Education for E.W.S at affordable cost. This is the way for rural transformation. Instead of urbanization we should focus on rural transformation. Mahatma Gandhi said "the future of India lies in its villages".

Kindly strengthen the Middle class and upper Middle class of Urbans as they are the Prime Consumers and also Prime Tax payers in every means. Poors are subsidies for essential livelihood, corporates are subsidies for creating employment(which is generally understood) But than what about Middle class, Upper Middle class and Small businesses. A small business of 50 to 60 lacs turn over annualy pays 14.5 servuice tax and same is for corporate houses with annual turn over of 5000 crores ???
