To foster the spirit of 'Jan Bhagidari' and to infuse more transparency into the budget making exercise, thereby having people as partners in the process of budget making, the Union Ministry of Finance has decided to invite suggestions for Union Budget 2016-17.

Citizens are requested to submit their ideas and suggestions on the topics that are generally in the ambit of Budget proposals as presented in the Parliament each year.

Suggestions may be submitted either directly in the comments box or through attached PDF documents.

The last date for submissions of suggestions is 5th February 2016.

transactions only a/c through if i want to put any amount to others a/c it shod be a/c to a/c not by cash it is stop unknown money transactions through bank put limits to keep gold silver and cash at home. whatever gold silver and cash they keeps at home they must be insured its saves life just like helmet.

#Budget #MyGov Compensate small Farmers for their losses. Please fix some amount for small farmers on monthly basis. For example, say 50,000 per farmer per month based on minimum earning required for good living. Govt can reduce the amount earned from selling the crop from their fixed amount. Say, No monsoon and no crop- Then make full payment. Say, Good monsoon and good crop, deduct the average of that region's crop earning from 50,000.

Using Earth's Natural Phenomena rather than air-conditioning -- Saving of Thousands of Crores on Import, electricity etc. Please see attached details on AIR-TUNNEL & GEO-THERMAL systems which are based on natural phenomena and proven since ancient years. The only issue is about awareness and publicity. I am sure 99% people doesn't know these things. Please read.

#MyGov #Budget Many people in this country are without house. Please reduce the real estate prices by banning trading of houses. Investors or Rich people have several flats and have escalated the prices. Please BAN multiple house/flat buying. Introduce a LAW to prohibit anyone from buying more than ONE house. Please work for common man and not the investors.

Dear Sir, we are totally dependent on foreign countries for defense sector. We import weapons, fighters etc. Instead of this we should develop and manufacture our own weapons, we have almost everything related to the manufacturing. We have man power, all resources. Only we need planning and initiative. If we want to make India strong we have to be innovative and do research and increase export instead of import.

STOP tax evasion from shops. Introduce a spot invoice checking mechanism. Create a MobileApp on which people can upload the picture of some of their daily invoices. Let tax deptt verify tax received against such uploaded invoices. Any defaulter caught shall be severely punished and also the uploader be rewarded. This will incentivise the people to upload. The tax evaders shall always be under surveillance and tax evasion shall reduce.

Dear Sir, India was agriculture based country and it is today as well. But still we import food products.Instead we need to find the ways to improve agriculture sector and find new innovative ways to boost agriculture sector so instead of importing we export food products.

Remove tax exemptions allowed to CHARITY institutions. There exists huge FRAUD system wherein some charity institutes issue payment receipts of large sums in lieu of token charity amounts. The tax evasion needs to be stopped. It is suggested to scrap this cheating under the shadow of charity from society. Genuine charity organisations will get funds in any case from genuine donars.

1. Please consider only one and higher exemption limit for the salaried people based on inflation. Reduce exemption in different heads. 2. Tax the agricultural income to increase the tax base. 3. Allow an individual to shift his money form different pension fund to NPS without taxing it. 4. Budget is only about numbers and policy making. Please introduce a system where the government have to show the services provided/development it had achieved with tax payers money.
