#Union Budget - suggestions - contd. XVI
1. Capital Market as a medium of finance needs to be boosted this year, where lowering of short term tax rate to 10 % may prove fruitful. More retail participation will also stabilise market
2. A separate stock exchange for 'Start-Ups', with simpler norms, etc. may be announced. In this way retail investors can also participate in the nationwide initiative. Tax benefits for investors may be announced.

Govt. can give so many tax relaxations on so many grounds to so many capitalists , mill owners, even interest free loan but it never even considered to make provisions for interest free loan to students and poor farmers. pl.be serious to this demand and provide interest free loan up to 5 lakhs for at least 5 years. There is a large gap in regard 0f wages between organized and unorganized sector. Education sector is worst example.so before implementing pay commissions, consider this fact also

Pls improve in rail time delay. Justify your delay with penalty to railway. Why Railway never pays penalty against train late and only common people suffers even after buying train tickets. Increase facility & punctuality and NOT fare.

Dear Sir, Indian farmers are in bad shape and are committing suicides in the state of Maharashtra. We need to set up farmer producer companies with an agenda that improve the income of #farmers. #SFAC India should allocate more money so that these FPCs and new #FPCs become productive and prosper with professional management. Please allocate Rs500cr for the #FPC scheme where SFAC India works with farmers directly with no state/district bureacracy.

The Govt should increase the customs / excise etc on those commodities which are considered as leisure and not as necessity. Now a days vehicles, furniture, housing & other FMCG etc are considered as necessity & not leisure. High end import vehicles can have increase in customs. Rise in taxes on 1 final product, increase the cost of all raw materials also, thus increasing the manufacturing cost & that cost is shifted to final consumer.

Mediclaim exemption limit for senior citizens may please raised fro Rs.20000/- to Rs.50000/- as with age medical expenses go up at a faster rate and major diseases start appearing which need higher level of insurance coverage for covering surgical charges and medicine costs pre and post treatment .

Dear PM, most of the population in country is working in Private sector. Considering ups/downs of indian industries why not to make Income tax system is variable. Our earning increases lesser than a speed of govt. taxes (sales/service/income). If you are showing growth in economics then let it be seen in our earnings. By Pay commission govt. sector employees will get increment but not in pvt sector. So make a system to increase taxes on increase in salary & not for all.

Dear sir, you have been asking people to give up subsidies. But giving up subsidy is not attractive till it is backed by some incentives. Tax benefits for those giving up subsidies can be attractive scheme. And if subsidy is to be removed for upper income groups, it should be across professions, be it businessman, politician or job holder.

We all are aware that a huge unaccounted black money is there in Indian economy (leave the money stashed abroad). This throttle down the economy movement. Therefore we should make a time based arrangement in acts, so that people with unaccounted money come forward to help the farmers in distress. With this farmers will get help for modernization, black money will participate in economy development, and Government will also get some space for agriculture/farmers based WTO trade negotiations.
