To foster the spirit of 'Jan Bhagidari' and to infuse more transparency into the budget making exercise, thereby having people as partners in the process of budget making, the Union Ministry of Finance has decided to invite suggestions for Union Budget 2016-17.

Citizens are requested to submit their ideas and suggestions on the topics that are generally in the ambit of Budget proposals as presented in the Parliament each year.

Suggestions may be submitted either directly in the comments box or through attached PDF documents.

The last date for submissions of suggestions is 5th February 2016.

Noise pollution is one of the main factor to damage human healty. My suggestion is to remove loud speaker from the mosque which is daily makes very high noise even at peaceful sleeping timings. From these we can make religious harmony also from major part of country. As per court decesion also, it proves that noise from mosque loud speaker is hazards for human health.

My idea is to make animals insurance police & animals medical police as same as policy is given to people. These will make income to government, also, support to make more employement to animals doctors, staff & insurance company....From these government also earn profit, and pet holder also make safe, future of animals.

There must be exemptions provided to all people who get identified by aadhaar and clubs all the other identifications with this and associates his phone number.he must try to stick with one number and associate all his other numbers, if needed. he or she should be recognized as a complete citizen of the country or so...also, there smust be exemptions for companies, which use biometric systems for identification based on aadhaar and there must be some biometric system placed in some govt institns

Dear Sir, kindly roll out national health medical policy for poor people on the lines of life insurance because it is very important a common man has to shelved more for medical health treatment for that he has to sell this property and jewells day to day medical treatment is getting costly which is unviable for common man on the lines of american health policy thank you

No more money to Air India. Use it for better schools, hospitals or police - that is the primary duty of the Government. Running an airline that benefits a few elite is not how I would like to spend my tax money.

Dear Sir, for farmers please roll out direct benefits transfer subsidy for fertilisers which is misused by big rich and corporate company every years thanks to government which earlier year started 100 percent neem coated urea for farmers which cannot be misused by company it will also reveal exact number of farmers are really cultivating and how much quantity from these they can be used effectivelly

In every village, there must be atleast one company or entrepeuners, be it or so, in major five sectors agri, bpo/it, automobile, civil/town planning, retailers employing 5-10 people in a payroll structure, with a small sez kind... apart from Govt recognized institutions such as libraries in each distri helping people to get digitalized properly..govt, in partnership with state govts can sell its own mobile phone, with all basic mobile apps, proper regional language, explaining govt schemes..

Hi, Unfair practice of Reservations and Subsidies are the major loss to the Govt. There are many uplifted SC/ST and other OBC families getting benefited instead of the poor, underdeveloped and needy people. Since we have a good track of the earnings of the so called SC/ST and OBC people, please discard all the Reservations and Subsidies to them who are earning more than 10 lac p.a. So that real backward community will be benefited! How long, we the tax payers be a victims of this unfair practice

Dear Sir, for kerosene in our country most people have lpg gas but they buy kerosene so please sir it also missused by people and it is causing thousand of crores loss of government and it only benefits rich people so kindly roll out direct benefit transfer for kerosene all over india it will save thousand of crores rupees for government which can be used by government for paying farmers crop insurance premiums every years

Please run MEMU or DEMU trains in lieu of slow moving passenger, they are fast to move , passenger trains are two slow for frequent stopping and start. Timing should to match the big urban center office timing.
