#Union Budget Dear Mr.Finance Minister, Regarding New Pension scheme (NPS) investment through Employer’s. Certain MNC employers are not providing an option to invest through Employer citing man power issues to manage NPS investments. Budget should pave the way to instruct the employers to provide a option to invest NPS investment to employee’s. Exercising an option is of employee’s call, should not be an employer’s call. This will increase investments in NPS sector further.

Purchasing without bills from even smal, shops should not be allowed and if some shop is going to sell in that way, Govt can conduct surprise raids and close that shop irrespective of caste, creed...All the bills that are been billed, should be logged into a proper Govt system and failure to submit bills, means chances of checks high and also perhaps no one is purchasing from that shop, based on which Govt can provide support(monetary and e-reach)to expand the business and reach the local customers

#UnionBudget Slash TDS on indls > 80 years to nil on interest and rental receipts. In respect of all sections attracting 10% TDS make it 5% under a single section in respect of indls & HUF for ease of use by the payee, deductor as well as administration. Provide for an option for enhanced TDS at the option of payee to safeguard against interest levies. Introduce a composite section in respect of all other payments and specifically exempt family pension from purview of TDS to avoid confusion

Is there any possiblity for revenue based taxation for business entities? As many companies are aware how to avoid taxation as they are profit based and does not perform their role in building India.
